Purposeful Time With Those You Love

This past month my family took a trip to Portland, OR, to visit with family. During the trip we were able to spend some very special time together as a family.

Everyone needs a break! With only a few weeks left in the summer, take a break and purposefully spend time with those you love.

You will feel better.

Think better.

Smile more.

Laugh more.

Experience less stress.

Feel more secure in your relationships.

I have no scientific data to show you (although I am sure there is some somewhere).

However, I do know this from personal experience. Over the past few weeks I have enjoyed being able to spend purposeful time with my family.

Here are some snapshots of our time together. Hope you enjoy!

How will you spend some time with those you love over the next few weeks?

  1. Hello Paul,

That’s funny because my family is planning a trip to Portland OR to visit friends and family. I’m looking forward to spending quality time with them. Family time should be one of our top priorities. Great post!

  2. Great reminder Paul! My daughter’s birthday is three days before mine later this month, so we have quite a few family members from out of town coming to stay with us for a few days. Looking forward to it very much!
